Personal data is stored on servers of the website host: Hostinger International Ltd. This notice follows the EU GDPR (2016/679) and Act CXII of 2011 (Infotv.). We only process data you give us voluntarily, and we do not sell it to third parties. We use it to answer your enquiry and to deliver accounting services you request.
1. Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Server location and subprocessors are described in Hostinger’s own privacy documentation.
2. What we collect
When you browse the site we may log an IP address and place cookies needed for the page to work (including the cookie banner). When you send the quote form we process name, email, phone if provided, company details and the message. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in running the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Retention
Quote and client data: until you withdraw consent, then 30 days, or 5 years after the engagement ends, whichever applies. Technical logs: only as long as needed to operate the site.
4. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@digitalconto.hu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian DPA (NAIH), 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu.
Analytics currently used on the live brand site included Rank Math; the new site may use Google Site Kit. Details are listed in the cookie banner (Complianz).
